Reiki Session Options
During your Reiki session, you will lie down on a massage table fully clothed. A session may be hands-on (where a light touch will be applied) or hands-off (with hands held slightly above your body) or a combination of both. You might feel a warming sensation or tingling during the session, or perhaps nothing except pure relaxation.
